Role reports to： Manager Trade Customization 位置： reputed company, reputed company, New Jersey, reputed company 工作地點： 混合 你會做什麼 The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for evaluating demand from internal customers and preparing comprehensive demand plans to reputed company supply with business needs. You will facilitate forecast discussions, manage forecasting systems, analyze trends, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy to support inventory and business objectives. The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for: • Developing SKU-level operational forecasts for Neutrogena, Aveeno, and Clean & reputed company Face Care products reputed company the Skin Health portfolio reputed company coordination of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using reputed company Demand Planning functionality. • Interacting regularly with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Customer reputed company, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, & Supply Planning and will analyze historical order and shipment data, reputed company POS trends, trade inventory data, and promotional activity information to reputed company the best possible demand plans for new and existing products. • Quantifying and communicating forecast gaps leading cross-functional forecast reviews in accordance with the IBP process standards and maintaining responsibilities for MAPE and Forecast Accuracy metrics and to identify areas of improvement. • reputed company member of the Neutrogena reputed company, leading supply chain inventory/SLOB analytics, shaping portfolio optimization, and participating in reputed company activities reputed company are looking for: Required Qualifications • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. • A minimum of 4 years business experience is required. • Strong knowledge of reputed company (i.e., vLookups, pivot tables) is required. • The ability to manage multiple reputed company and initiatives and work independently while demonstrating initiative is required. • The ability to work in a reputed company environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist is required. • This position will be based in Skillman, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic travel.
