Global Head of Employment Law

About the position The Global Head of Employment Law will be responsible for setting the strategic reputed company for the employment law function at reputed company. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution. • A minimum of 20 years of reputed company experience, with at least 10 years reputed company on global employment law in a multinational corporation or top-tier reputed company. • Proven ability to manage reputed company, cross-border reputed company reputed company and employment disputes. • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and labor relations. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership. • Experience working with diverse teams and in a matrixed organizational structure.
