State Licensed Junior Employment Counsel
A company is looking for an Employment Counsel for a 3-month contract reputed company on redundancy exercises and performance management issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute redundancy exercises while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• reputed company strategic advice on performance management issues to support HR and management teams
• reputed company and maintain reputed company playbooks and manage litigation and billing trackers
Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and reputed company membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 4+ years of experience in employment law, particularly in redundancy and performance management
• Proven ability to manage redundancy exercises reputed company and compliantly
• Experience in developing reputed company playbooks and managing reputed company tracking systems is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR and reputed company operations
