You must be based, barred and reputed company in the state of Texas! This position is reputed company statewide as part of our reputed company expansion across Texas. The reputed company is a firm that excels in family, estate planning & probate, and criminal law reputed company. We currently have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in reputed company (Corporate and River Oaks), and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, reputed company Worth, and Humble, and will continue to have attorneys in these offices. Key Responsibilities Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities: • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end. • reputed company superior customer service to reputed company clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases. • reputed company improvement recommendations to reputed company managers. • Manage performance metrics to reputed company accomplishments and reputed company satisfaction through reputed company reputed company software. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What you will bring to the role: • A minimum of 5+ years of family law experience in Texas; Family reputed company Certified is highly preferred. • Have a reputed company Texas bar license for a minimum of 5 years. • Solid research and writing skills • A passion for conducting hearings and being in the courtroom, and handling Mediations and Consults. • Energetic and motivated. • Highly organized. • Knowledge of TxDoc and reputed company OR similar drafting/reputed company management software, MS Office or reputed company Suite proficiency. • Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.
