HL7 Developer (Offer Accpted)

Radiology Partners is seeking a skilled HL7 Developer to support and enhance its data integration environment. The HL7 Developer will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance across the organization’s technology ecosystem. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in healthcare integration or interface development. • Experience and knowledge of radiology systems and workflows. • Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards. • Proficiency in integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Corepoint. • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL. • Familiarity with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation tools. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and documentation abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex technical concepts to a widely varied audience including staff, management and other internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrated expertise in critical thinking and problem solving to weigh the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions. • Strong work ethics, integrity, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to new technologies.
