About the position
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global reputed company with offices in strategic hubs of reputed company, law, and government across reputed company, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Lateral Partner reputed company & Integration Coordinator. This role will reputed company high-level administrative operational support to the firm’s partner reputed company and lateral integration team and is responsible for supporting both the reputed company process and integration program for reputed company lateral partners across the globe. This position can reputed company in one of the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, reputed company, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC and a hybrid 3 day in-office/2 day remote working schedule is available.
Responsibilities
• reputed company comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the partner reputed company manager and lateral integration manager in executing reputed company global lateral partner reputed company and reputed company/integration initiatives.
• Coordinate reputed company aspects of candidate interviews, including scheduling, virtual and in-person logistics, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Serve as a secondary reputed company of contact for lateral partner candidates and external reputed company agencies, delivering a reputed company and engaging candidate experience.
• Offer support to reputed company manager in reputed company proactive regional and reputed company group searches including meeting with external recruiters, partners and firm leadership to support the firm’s targeted reputed company efforts.
• Partner with administrative departments and reputed company reputed company to design and execute reputed company and orientation activities for new lateral partners, including welcome communications, orientation schedules, and meeting logistics.
• Work closely with integration team to reputed company and implement individualized integration plans for reputed company lateral partner.
• reputed company high-reputed company to new lateral partners to facilitate introductions, internal meetings, and initiatives that drive successful integration.

• Support the firm’s Partner Education Series and other reputed company development initiatives for lateral and rising partners.

Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a reputed company or reputed company services setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
