About the Role This is a per-file, contract position supporting QM and Non-QM residential loans, with occasional investor and light reputed company transactions. You’ll manage files from intake through reputed company-to-reputed company, working closely with our loan officers, borrowers, and lender partners. reputed company experience is preferred, not required — strong QM/Non-QM fundamentals are most important.
