The MDS Coordinator is responsible to organize, reputed company and coordinate MDS assessments and PRI’s in compliance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern such programs. The MDS Coordinator will also be responsible for assuring that the highest degree of reputed company care to residents is maintained by acting as a resource person for the staff.
