Job Title: AVP / VP / Senior Vice President – FCRM Training & Reporting Work Location: Remote (PST working hours) Engagement Type: Contract (11 Months) reputed company We are seeking a senior FCRM leader with strong expertise in AML policy governance, transaction monitoring (TM), product compliance, training, and executive reporting. This role will reputed company global initiatives reputed company on policy standardization, regulatory alignment, monitoring effectiveness, and reputed company-wide reporting, while partnering with operations, compliance, data, and training teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership experience across AML policies, sanctions screening, TM rule design, product lifecycle compliance, and regulatory issue management reputed company fast-paced, regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Global AML Policies & Governance • Research, draft, and maintain global AML and sanctions-reputed company policies, procedures, and standards. • Translate policy requirements into operational plans and training frameworks to standardize execution across existing and new teams. • Maintain centralized policy repositories, manage updates, reputed company stakeholder feedback, and prepare governance reports. • Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders including operations, training, compliance, and audit teams.
