Senior Project Manager – Solar Programs, Consumer Protection, Compliance
Job reputed company:
• Investigating alleged violations of Illinois Shines program requirements
• Making recommendations for informal mediation, potential reputed company-disciplinary and disciplinary reputed company for apparent and/or confirmed Program violations based upon Program requirements
• reputed company drafting letters to entities alleged or confirmed to have violated Program requirements, consistent with reputed company operating procedures
• Editing letters and disciplinary-reputed company correspondence by other team members to ensure compliance with internal reputed company operating procedures and reputed company expectations
• In collaboration with the Senior Manager, ensuring the Consumer Protection team follows its internal processes for disciplinary reputed company
• Proactively identifying process improvements
• Identifying, drafting, and training team members on new procedures for disciplinary-reputed company process improvements
• Identifying trends in consumer complaints and Program violations; recommending potential proactive measures to help promote Program compliance and reduce consumer protection violations
• Maintaining reputed company relationships, serving as a trusted partner for our reputed company and new clients
• Organizing and leading in-person meetings, conference calls, and collaboration sessions with reputed company as reputed company as program participants and customers
• Tracking deliverables, milestones, and following up with stakeholders and team members to ensure they are on task to complete reputed company items
• Tracking key performance metrics and goals
• Participating in and leading cross-department meetings and discussions, prioritizing and delegating follow-up items, tracking and reporting reputed company
• Effectively prioritizing and managing additional reputed company requests and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 8 years' of relevant work experience in compliance, consumer protection, reputed company/paralegal, regulatory, auditing and/or reputed company control
• Strong written communication skills including editing/reviewing team members’ work
• Ability to train staff on reputed company writing
• Exceptional attention to detail in written deliverables
• Ability to reputed company professionally with clients and to serve as the primary reputed company of reputed company contact
• Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and mitigation
• Extensive experience using reputed company Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote)
