What You’ll Get • Uncapped commission – potential earnings of $50K to $250K+ annually • $25 per qualified appointment booked • 10–20% commission on closed deals • 10% bonus when you surpass $40K in sales • Access to our AI-powered CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage your pipeline and commissions • Weekly payouts and detailed performance tracking What You’ll Do Drive Growth Through Smart Prospecting • Call qualified leads and book appointments with business decision-makers • Execute outbound campaigns using our AI-powered sales process • Track all sales activities using our CRM and reporting tools • Convert opportunities into high-ticket deals through consultative selling • Receive daily support, training, and real-time analytics to keep improving Build Lasting Relationships • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges • Provide feedback to refine scripts, campaigns, and product positioning • Partner with marketing and leadership to improve outreach and generate qualified opportunities Skills & Experience Essential Experience • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in closing or outbound roles • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented attitude • Ability to work independently and consistently meet goals in a remote setting • Coachable and open to continuous learning Bonus Qualifications • Interest in tech or sales automation • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.) • Experience in SaaS or high-ticket sales environments Team Culture We’re a team of driven, resourceful professionals who believe in working smarter, not harder.
