Trademark Conflict Assessment - Need Guidance on Potential Brand Rebrand
I need a trademark attorney to assess a potential conflict and advise whether I need to rebrand before launching a new product.

• Filed trademark for "Modhaus" (No. 98802207) for desk accessories brand.
• Application suspended due to conflict with prior-filed "Modhaus Tech" in Class 009 (consumer electronics)
• Currently sell desk accessories, but launching a magnetic wireless phone charger that falls under Class 009
• Small bootstrapped brand without resources for lengthy legal disputes.

Clear guidance on whether launching the charger constitutes infringement and if rebranding is necessary, or if I can continue operating without a registered trademark under the current brand name.
