Trademark Conflict Assessment - Need Guidance on Potential Brand Rebrand
I need a trademark attorney to assess a potential conflict and advise whether I need to rebrand before launching a new product.
:
• Filed trademark for "Modhaus" (No. 98802207) for desk accessories brand.
• Application suspended due to conflict with prior-filed "Modhaus Tech" in Class 009 (consumer electronics)
• Currently sell desk accessories, but launching a reputed company wireless phone charger that falls under Class 009
• Small bootstrapped brand without resources for lengthy reputed company disputes.
