This role is responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient technology services while supporting business reputed company and regulatory expectations. The Director, Information Technology serves as a strategic and operational leader, working closely with bank leadership, vendors, auditors, and regulators. This is a fully remote position. Vendor Management • Manage the banks vendor management program in accordance with regulatory guidance. • Maintain and update the Vendor Management Policy. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors regarding reputed company, performance, and risk management.
