We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients reputed company to our NJ Family Care Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles.
- Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances.
- Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone.
- Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies.
- Providing reputed company, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A basic understanding of a reputed company center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers.
- The ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
- Achieving results through knowledge, reputed company, and commitment.
- The ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- A background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a reputed company center environment.
- Knowledge of the NJ Family Care Program or similar programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
