About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Essential Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing environment, such as customer service, sales, or retail

  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
