**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media optimization capability, identifying key opportunities for growth, and driving data-driven decision making across the organization. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that inform our paid media strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the development and implementation of paid media optimization strategies across the globe
* Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
* Design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate key findings and insights
* Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimization
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to track progress and drive results
* Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on paid media optimization
* Proven track record of driving growth and optimization through data-driven decision making
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R
* Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on paid media optimization
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Experience with data governance and data quality best practices
* Certification in data analysis or data science, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)
