Our Transportation Analytics crew is at the forefront of this effort, using data-driven insights to optimize our supply chain, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform business decisions * Developing ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to centralize data from multiple sources and create a single, unified view * Creating data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges * Engaging with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and drive business outcomes * Analyzing stakeholder needs and partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency * Documenting processes and sharing expertise with colleagues to drive knowledge sharing and collaboration **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) * Creativity and a user experience (UX) focus to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience) * Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience) * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau * Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations * Experience with Python or other scripting languages * Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. **What We Offer** In addition to a competitive salary ($20-30/hour), we offer a range of benefits, including: * Incentive awards for performance * 401(k) match * Inventory buy plan * Paid maternity and parental leave * PTO * Multiple fitness plans * And more! **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth.
