Our community is built on the principles of collaboration, creativity, and a passion for learning. **The Role** As an Experienced Social Media Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients, building relationships, and selling coaching programs through various social media platforms. You'll work closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others * Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Develop and implement strategies to grow organic accounts and increase sales * Collaborate with the client success team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service * Manage and communicate with team members to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies * Participate in daily communication tasks and contribute to the growth of the team **Requirements** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working from home and managing remote teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms * Experience in sales and customer service roles * Strong leadership and communication skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
