**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, processing prescriptions, and providing exceptional patient care. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to resolve patient issues, answer questions, and promote a positive patient experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provides exceptional patient care and services, including answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting a positive patient experience
* Ensures accurate and efficient data entry, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records
* Works closely with the pharmacy team to resolve patient issues, answer questions, and promote a positive patient experience
* Participates in local community outreach activities to promote the arenaflex business, enhance learning experiences, and provide better health outcomes
* Collaborates with the pharmacy team to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and patient satisfaction enhancements
* Maintains current knowledge of pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, records management, and regulatory compliance
* Develops and maintains strong relationships with local healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Participates in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adheres to arenaflex policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to patient confidentiality, data security, and regulatory compliance
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field from an accredited educational institution
* Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
* Experience performing prescription filling and processing, including knowledge of state and federal controlled substance regulations
* Immunization certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and processing, records management, and regulatory compliance
* Knowledge of pharmacy software and technology systems, including data entry, inventory management, and patient records management
* Experience with patient enrollment, exemption processing, and patient issue resolution
