**Experienced Customer Experience Advocate – Hybrid Role in Arenaflex's Expanding Team**

In this hybrid role, you'll have the opportunity to work from our Denver office three days a week, collaborating with internal teams and engaging with customers across various channels to provide top-notch support and advocacy.

**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points, and empowering them to connect with the solution in Arenaflex's platform
* Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall user experience
* Serving as a liaison between customers and the Arenaflex team to advocate for and shape the best possible version of our product
* Leading online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features and benefits of our platform and developer toolkit
* Creating internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base and provide valuable resources for customers
* Advising customers on new features and functionalities to help them get the most out of our platform
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience providing customer or technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment
* Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
* A positive attitude, empathy, coachability, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

**Compensation and Benefits**
For Colorado-based hires, the compensation range is $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Arenaflex's plans and policies. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and other factors.
