Remote Collections Representative Opportunity
We are currently seeking reputed company collections professionals to help service our large and growing portfolio. If you are an ambitious, results-oriented person with a natural reputed company for talking to people, we have an opportunity for you to come and join reputed company. This position will be 100% remote and expected to be available for shift requirements between the hours of 8:00am – 7:00pm CST Monday – Friday and 8:00am – 12:00pm CST on Saturday.Responsibilities
As a Remote Collections Representative, you will be responsible for:- Contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payments.
- Handling accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism.
- Confirming and/or negotiating payment arrangements, researching any discrepancies.
- Completing phone calls to meet required performance standards and metrics.
- Maintaining established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses; staying informed of changes in policies and procedures.
- Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Documenting reputed company accounts accurately, reputed company, and concisely noting the reason for delinquency.
- Responding with accurate information pertinent to the callers' questions using professionalism and reputed company.
- Adhering to reputed company state and federal laws in the handling of accounts.
