About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to understand key business issues and use data-driven insights to inform brand experience strategies, messaging, and public relations.
- Design custom research in support of the Brand Measurement Trackers to yield actionable insights that will drive brand strategies.
- Guide research agency analytic teams to perform advanced analytics that provides deeper insights and uncovers opportunities for the brand, including driver and correlation analysis, perceptual maps.
- Lead a cross-functional team in preparing the Annual State of the Brand report that provides a holistic, enterprise-wide view of the health and strength of the arenaflex brand.
- Manage research agency partners for custom research projects from scoping to delivery, focusing on uncovering insights that enhance brand perception and inform strategic communications for public relations purposes.
- Partner with the sponsorship team to identify relevant activations around the fans' needs and passions and measure their impact on brand associations and brand health.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Social Responsibility team to conduct research and analysis that ensures our programs are meaningful, relevant, and impactful to society, and that they are implemented with excellence.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Additionally, you should have knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
