**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management**

As a key member of our Supply Chain Systems Management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centers and supporting the development of our inventory management systems. **Job Summary:** We're looking for a seasoned data entry professional with a strong background in IT and experience working with supply chain systems. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our distribution center administration framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our centralized computer and application development teams. You'll work closely with our organization and telecom divisions, as well as our innovation office, to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our distribution centers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless integration with our centralized computer and application development teams * Serve as the primary point of contact between the Distribution Center Office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, and maintain LAN (Local Area Network) design * Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures * Work with MHE merchants to manage information handling and data storage * Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including structures, strips, and report utilization to MIS * Regulate nonexempt staff and maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end users * Manage and screen end-user access and freedoms, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, and other relevant technologies * 2+ years of experience working in a supply chain or logistics environment * 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field * Strong understanding of supply chain systems and logistics * Experience working with SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Familiarity with Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we're committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and employees.
