What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide, helping customers resolve basic technical issues, tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases, offering additional products and/or services, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services
• Utilizing a call flow guide to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
• Helping customers resolve basic technical issues and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
• Offering additional products and/or services to customers to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, as well as the skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion to deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Your qualifications should include:

• 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Open availability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in English and communication skills
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a strong foundation in computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a reliable smartphone and high-speed internet connection
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with the ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment
