About the Role

As a member of the Borrower Success Team at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate the company's innovative tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the first point of contact for users and providing exceptional support and guidance. This remote, full-time contractor role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the student loan landscape
• Engage with borrowers via email and live chat, providing empathetic and clear support to ensure a seamless user experience
• Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions
• Proactively suggest and implement ideas and automations that can help scale the team, driving efficiency and innovation in all aspects of the role
• Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to bring user feedback to life, creating new features and offerings that meet the evolving needs of borrowers
• Work closely with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals, aligning with arenaflex's social mission and values

Recommended Experience and Qualifications
