As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate your findings through compelling stories and visualizations. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to business operations and decision-making * Answer business-critical questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions * Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products * Utilize data perception tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data * Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization **What You'll Bring** * Unbridled enthusiasm, high intellectual and scientific acumen, and an insatiable quest for data-driven insights and business results * A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field * 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome * Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
