**Key Responsibilities**
As a live chat representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer questions that come in via our website(s) in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and effectively
* Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
* Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, including technical training, policy training, and soft skills training
**Qualifications**
