In this 100% remote position, you will be responsible for performing reputed company checks on automated reports, received scans, and guaranteeing electronic filing for assigned products and corresponding members. You will collaborate with multiple departments to obtain and confirm necessary documents are in reputed company and properly set-up in the Electronic Medical System (EMS) database. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with multiple electronic documentation systems simultaneously will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs reputed company checks to maintain the reputed company of events and reputed company for reporting purposes.
• Processes members’ electronic documents, reputed company of data for inaccuracies, and any other missing information.
• Resolves discrepancies identified using reputed company procedures and/or returning incomplete documents to their respective departments for correction and reputed company.
• Responds and coordinates field assignments for Interpreters by checking availability and assigning staff as appropriate, taking location into consideration.
• Facilitates reputed company mailings for other departments.
• Moves existing members, auto-enrollees, and dis-enrollments to and from the appropriate line of business lists in the centralized NY State Uniform Assessment System (UAS) for Integrated Products.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to prioritize and follow through on assigned tasks
• Proficiency in navigating the Internet
• Ability to work with multiple electronic documentation systems simultaneously
• Ability to troubleshoot or explain basic hardware and software errors and work with a Technician remotely to reputed company reputed company-by-reputed company repairs
