Application Architect – ServiceNow / Court Case Management Systems - Contract to Hire
Overview
We are seeking a senior Application Architect with deep ServiceNow platform experience to
design and implement a modern, cloud-based court or adjudication case management solution.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall ServiceNow application architecture
Design scalable solutions emphasizing configuration over customization
Define integration patterns between ServiceNow and external systems (APIs, near-real-
time interfaces)
Lead development, validation, and deployment planning
Ensure functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability)
are met
Required Experience
8+ years as an Application or Solution Architect
Hands-on ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience (required)
Experience implementing court case management or adjudication systems
Experience delivering full lifecycle ServiceNow solutions in complex environments
Certifications
ServiceNow Application Architect or equivalent
Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
