The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing trading frameworks that drive alpha through algorithmic design, risk optimization, and automation. This role requires a visionary leader who can blend Wall Street precision with Web3 speed, and who has a proven track record of managing large portfolios across crypto or institutional markets. The CIO will also be tasked with leading a team of quants and data scientists, and must have a strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency, particularly in the areas of algorithmic trading, XLT, on-chain data analysis, SMA, AI, and Web3. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership, with a mandatory requirement of having managed portfolios of over $20B. Mastery in the specified technical areas is essential, and knowledge of wealth management territories in Canada, Dubai, and Australia is considered a bonus. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar high-growth, fast-paced environment and a proven ability to hire and retain top talent in their team.
