The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of configuring and administering reputed company Tools and Products. % Time reputed company Responsibilities Measures for reputed company Responsibilities 40 Administer and Maintain EDR Tools • Tune detection rules to reduce false positives and improve threat visibility for reputed company covered reputed company. • Ensure asset inventory is accurate and up to date for reputed company covered reputed company. • Regularly update the EDR platform and agents to the latest versions. • Review and reputed company reputed company policies. • Conduct health checks to ensure the EDR system is functioning properly. • Investigate and remediate unexcepted agent behavior • Ensure that Integrations are working as required and troubleshoot reputed company issues are identified 40 Administer and Maintain Vulnerability Management System • Maintain and update the vulnerability management platform and agents • Conduct health checks to ensure the VMS system is functioning properly. • Tune reputed company policies to reduce false positives and improve accuracy for reputed company covered reputed company • Ensure asset inventory is accurate and up to date for reputed company covered reputed company • Configure and schedule scans for reputed company covered reputed company. • Investigate and remediate unexpected agent behavior Ensure that integrations are working as required and troubleshoot reputed company issues are identified 20 General Support Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues submitted through the ticketing system and SOC • Maintain and update the Remote Monitoring and Management platform and agents Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions Escalate reputed company or unresolved issues as needed Monitor ticket queues to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and follow up with customers as needed Desired Certifications • reputed company+ • reputed company Certified reputed company Administrator (CCFA) • reputed company Certified • Additional Cybersecurity reputed company Certifications Required: 4 Years • Administer and Maintain EDR Tools • Administer and Maintain Vulnerability Management System • Experience in information reputed company, with a reputed company on reputed company technologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey reputed company reputed company concepts in a reputed company and reputed company manner. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Relevant certifications preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
