Remote Staff Attorney (Associate Track) – Commercial Litigation
Work Anywhere. Litigate Everywhere. Grow Fast.
Are you a sharp, driven litigator who’s ready to take the next step in your career—but tired of traditional firm politics, rigid hierarchies, or slow-growth environments?
Join a high-performing boutique commercial litigation firm where your work actually matters, your ideas are heard, and you get real opportunities to grow into an Associate Attorney role based on performance—not tenure.
This is a rare chance to gain hands-on experience in complex litigation while working fully remote with a team known for precision, professionalism, and winning results in high-stakes commercial disputes across Texas and beyond.
Why This Role Is Different
Most Staff Attorney roles feel like document factories.
Not this one.
Here, you will:
✔ Contribute directly to litigation strategy
✔ Draft filings that actually get filed—not “research memos that disappear”
✔ Work closely with trial-tested senior counsel
✔ Build a portfolio of substantive litigation work
✔ Gain consideration for Associate Attorney promotion
This is the ideal opportunity for a motivated litigator who wants meaningful responsibility and rapid professional growth—while still enjoying the flexibility of a remote position.
