About the position
Application/Business Support Engineer/Analyst. W2 only. Contract.
Requirements
• Experience supporting reputed company business applications (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with user license provisioning, reputed company administration, and workflow approvals
• Strong troubleshooting skills for application issues, data entry errors, and vendor escalations
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (reputed company preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, vendors, and internal technical teams
• Understanding of change control processes and production support best practices
• System administration (non‑developer) reputed company financial services or reputed company services environments
