Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high-volume call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
Preferred qualifications include:
- 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Compensation and Benefits
