**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Workforce Management Specialist – Customer Service Operations at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our customer service operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing service levels, forecasting call volume, and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer base. Your primary goal will be to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to our customers, while identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor and analyze service levels, call volumes, and other relevant data to create accurate forecasts and schedules that align with business needs
* Collaborate with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to our customers
* Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide recommendations to improve service delivery
* Work closely with various departments to ensure that customer service representatives are adequately staffed during peak times
