We offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits to help you develop your skills and knowledge. **Responsibilities** As a customer service and sales representative, your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
