**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for making sure that every customer interaction is positive, personalized, and memorable. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
* Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolve issues for customers
* Making recommendations to customers to close sales and provide exceptional service
* Collaborating with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
**What You'll Bring to the Role**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for high fashion brands and a keen eye for detail. You'll also need to have:
* 1 year or more of customer service experience
* 1 year or more of post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience
* The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Computer experience and a high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
* A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily login
* A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not allowed)
