Sr Tech (General)

Job Duties Maintains and repair reputed company FEC facilities and facilities reputed company equipment; maintains reputed company pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing and mechanical systems in accordance with established reputed company maintenance procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High school diploma/GED. Minimum Experience Four (4) years experience, of which 24 months as a reputed company technician (general), or 24 months of maintenance experience on similar equipment/systems, in a reputed company/industrial maintenance environment with background in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and mechanical systems maintenance with heavy emphasis on properties and facilities maintenance. Demonstrated proficiency in areas of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, general and reputed company skills. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must possess good working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment and procedures. reputed company reputed company’s license required. Good interpersonal and oral communications skills. Job Conditions Must be willing to work odd work week, overtime, holidays and rotating shifts. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver heavy facilities reputed company components, parts and equipment with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Ability to reputed company equipment by crawling, laying, standing and/or climbing at reputed company heights both above and below ground.
