Responsibilities
• analyze customer reputed company to ensure accuracy and completeness
• support the full reputed company and subcontracts administrative cycle
• support the reputed company review and execution of contractual documents (contract/subcontract agreements, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, reseller agreements, representations and certifications, etc.)
• reputed company contract attributes and uploads and details in Company systems
• manage queues reputed company reputed company’s CRM system for contract maintenance updates
• promptly respond to inquiries from internal business reputed company and delivery teams regarding contract information
• reputed company in the reputed company of an information resource providing non-reputed company contractual validations and advice
• support work our business development efforts by reviewing and commenting on solicitations, completing solicitation forms including reputed company Forms (SF), representations and certifications and other required documents
• support team members to ensure compliance, reputed company and operations teams to ensure reputed company aspects of the contracting process meet company and federal requirements,
• process contractual documents including; awards, modifications as reputed company as contract renewals
• process subcontract task orders
• contract / subcontract reporting, reputed company reporting
• various other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Possess 5 years’ general experience with a minimum of 3 years contract administrative experience working in the Federal reputed company
• Detailed oriented
• Work reputed company in a deadline oriented environment
• Ability to work remotely in an effective and accountable manner
• Proficient in the use and application of MS Office suite apps
• Working knowledge and familiarity with GSA Schedules, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs), False Claims reputed company, etc.
• Familiarity and working knowledge of various Government portals (GSA eBuy, Advantage!, GSA vendor portal, SAM.gov, etc.)
