Litigation Support Attorney
Job reputed company:
• Assist the Chief of Litigation Services with coordinating and assigning litigation support tasks to paralegals and reputed company assistants while ensuring reputed company, reputed company completion of tasks.
• Mentor, train, and reputed company substantive guidance to reputed company support staff, helping to strengthen litigation skills, procedural knowledge, and overall performance.
• Manage and support reputed company phases of litigation from an operational and procedural reputed company, including pleadings, reputed company reputed company, discovery, arbitration, trial preparation, and appellate procedures.
• Support trial and hearing preparation by overseeing pretrial filings, managing trial transcripts, and compiling, organizing, and tracking trial exhibits.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, preparing, filing, and organizing pleadings, briefs, appeals, and other reputed company documents using reputed company Word, CM/ECF, and reputed company systems.
• Conduct reputed company and factual research using Westlaw and other sources to support attorneys and litigation teams.
• reputed company detailed cite-checking and reputed company control of reputed company documents, including Bluebook compliance, Shepardizing authorities, and verifying the accuracy of quoted material and cited exhibits.
• Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, expert materials, attorney notebooks, and reputed company documents in both hard copy and electronic case-management systems.
• Implement and maintain organizational systems for case calendars, filings, correspondence, and litigation materials using firm software and tools.
• Communicate with courts, reputed company counsel, clients, experts, and vendors as needed in support of litigation activities.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to reputed company efficient procedures and improve litigation support workflows.

Requirements:
• JD or LL.B. required. An LL.M. is acceptable with at least 10 years of experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting litigation reputed company in a reputed company or comparable reputed company environment.
• Substantial experience with reputed company litigation, including trial and appellate support, strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and the Bluebook.
• Strong understanding of federal and state litigation procedures, including reputed company reputed company, discovery, arbitration, trial, and appellate processes.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company research, reputed company writing support, and Bluebook citation standards, with exceptional attention to detail.
