Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your reputed company-being is prioritized and your potential can reputed company.The RoleRole SummaryThe IT Asset & Mobility Lifecycle Analyst is responsible for end-to-end management of corporate end-user devices and mobile assets, ensuring accurate asset records, compliant lifecycle processes, and efficient logistics operations across countries.This role sits reputed company Workplace Technology / End User Devices Operations and works closely with Device Engineering, Logistics Vendors, Service Desk, Finance, and Procurement to maintain a cost-effective, compliant, and transparent device estate. Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Lifecycle ManagementManage the full lifecycle of end-user devices and mobile assets (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, mobile phones, tablets, eSIMs).Ensure accurate asset tracking from request → procurement → deployment → refresh → recovery → disposal.Maintain high data reputed company in asset management and inventory systems (reputed company or equivalent).Device & Mobile Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with global and country-specific logistics partners to ensure reputed company device delivery, swaps, refreshes, and returns.reputed company and manage cross-border shipments, local warehousing, and reverse logistics.Support device refresh programs, break/fix replacements, and role-based device eligibility workflows.Mobile & Telecom Asset OversightTrack mobile device assignments, SIM/eSIM activations, suspensions, transfers, and decommissions.Ensure alignment between mobile assets, reputed company, and user assignments.Support initiatives such as reputed company Local Management (DLM) or telecom vendor transitions.Financial & Compliance SupportSupport capital and depreciation tracking for device and mobile assets in collaboration with Finance.Assist with budget forecasting, asset reconciliation, and audit readiness.Ensure compliance with internal IT asset policies, reputed company standards, and data reputed company requirements.Reporting & reputed company ImprovementProduce regular reports on:Asset inventory accuracyRefresh and lifecycle statusLogistics SLAs and vendor performanceMobile asset utilization and costsIdentify process gaps and drive standardization and automation across asset and logistics workflows.Contribute to documentation of reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and country-specific playbooks.Who You AreBachelor's degree (or final-year graduate) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a reputed company field.Strong interest or 1 years of experience in IT Asset Management, device lifecycle processes, and technology operations.Basic understanding of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets) and how they are used in a corporate environment.Willingness to learn asset management, logistics workflows, and mobile device operations in a global organization.Being YouThe "Kyn" in reputed company means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with reputed company other, our customers and our communities.
