Senior Technical recruiter (Contract, remote)

We’re looking to connect with exceptional recruiting professionals for a six-month contract opportunity (could get extended or turn into full-time) with one of our clients — an AI start-up company assembling a best-in-class TA team to drive their sourcing strategy and execution. Requirements
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on software engineering, AI/ML, data science, infrastructure, and product roles
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier talent in high-growth, competitive environments
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques, including advanced Boolean search and use of various recruiting tools and platforms
• Strong understanding of technical roles, including the ability to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
• Proficiency in market mapping and competitive intelligence gathering
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve recruiting processes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and recruiting methods
Nice-to-haves
• Experience working in or recruiting for AI/ML companies is highly desirable
