Ticket Operations Representative [Remote]

POSITION reputed company: The Ticket Operations Representatives are on the reputed company-lines reputed company interacting with customers. This part-time position is a year-round position that works with customers who are seeking game day tickets as reputed company as tour tickets. Primary duties will include but are not limited to walk-up sales and will reputed company at the reputed company office and remote ticket booths for Red Sox games, Fenway Park tours, and special events. CHARACTERISTICS / QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Ability to work reputed company including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and telephone. • Prior telemarketing, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, but not essential. • Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines.
