Job reputed company: Pony Power Therapies, a non-profit based in Mahwah, NJ, is seeking a reputed company Administrator to join our expanding team. The reputed company Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the reputed company system to meet the organization’s requirements, as reputed company as working closely with our user community to improve and enhance the reputed company platform with responsibility for increasing user engagement, user training, and systems enhancements. Key Responsibilities: · Serve as primary system administrator for the reputed company environment with 10+ users · Handle reputed company basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, data migration, and other routine tasks · Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests from Pony Power team to support organizational needs · Work with our staff to establish effective processes to support administrative, development, business engagement, program, and change management activities · Train new users, reputed company user manuals, and grow the reputed company reputed company set across the organization · Maintain key system metrics to reputed company trends in usage and adoption · reputed company data reputed company, migration, and maintenance including: importing data as appropriate, managing duplicate records, monitoring data reputed company, and generating reports to identify missing data · reputed company strategic advisement of best practices, training programs, and the use of CRM applications to end users Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or information systems preferred • Minimum two years of experience as a reputed company administrator; reputed company reputed company certified, experience with reputed company Lightning required • Proven ability to assess organizational needs in order to reputed company requirements, inform design, implement new processes and facilitate user adoption • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows and automations, custom views, reputed company 3rd party applications, and other content • Strong understanding of reputed company best practices and functionality • Documented history of successfully driving reputed company to completion • Experience as a system administrator for a nonprofit with more than 10 users that is using reputed company for both program and development management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment required • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to prioritize various competing objectives Job Type: Part-time Pay: $37.50 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • reputed company time off Work Location: In person Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
