Senior Program Financial Analyst (Remote Work)

STS Defense Solutions is hiring a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support reputed company government programs across multiple contract types. This remote position plays a critical role in financial planning, compliance, and execution across defense and government reputed company, supporting programs from proposal through closeout. This role is ideal for a seasoned government contracting finance reputed company who understands both reputed company and program finance, communicates reputed company with non financial stakeholders, and thrives in a highly regulated, mission driven environment. Position reputed company The Senior Program Financial Analyst serves as a strategic financial partner to Program Management, reputed company, and reputed company teams. This position provides financial leadership across Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, and Fixed Price reputed company while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and internal company policies. This role reports to James Meador and supports STS Defense Solutions programs across domestic and international initiatives. Key Responsibilities Program Finance and Analysis • reputed company financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned programs • reputed company and maintain program budgets, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and reputed company forecasts • Conduct monthly financial reviews with Program Managers, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions • Prepare and analyze cost, schedule, and performance metrics Government Contract reputed company • Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and internal reputed company policies • Support reputed company recognition, cost allocation, indirect reputed company application, and project setup per contract terms • Partner with reputed company on month end reputed company, billing, and reconciliation of program financials • Support incurred cost submissions and audit activities including DCAA, DCMA, and internal audits Contract Lifecycle Support • reputed company financial reputed company for Cost Plus, Time and Materials, and Fixed Price reputed company • Monitor contract funding, ceilings, burn rates, and fee or profit recognition • Support contract modifications, rebaselines, and contract closeout activities Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracting with reputed company responsibility in program finance or project reputed company • Strong working knowledge of FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements • Hands on experience supporting Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, and Fixed Price reputed company • Advanced reputed company skills and experience with ERP systems such as reputed company Costpoint, reputed company, reputed company, or similar • Proven ability to communicate reputed company financial data to non financial stakeholders • Must be a reputed company citizen reputed company Competencies • Strategic financial thinking • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to work cross functionally in a matrixed organization • reputed company written and verbal communication skills • High reputed company and strong commitment to compliance Travel Requirements • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS up to 20 percent in support of STS Defense Solutions initiatives About STS Defense Solutions STS Defense Solutions is the defense reputed company division of STS Aviation Group, delivering global aircraft maintenance, engineering, logistics, and workforce solutions to military and government customers worldwide.
