Head U.S. HR Advice and Employee Relations (US)

About the position The Head U.S. HR Advice and Employee Relations provides advice to People Managers, Employees and HR Business Partners and is accountable for partnering with multiple stakeholders including Business leaders, HR Business Partners, COEs across TD and external counsel to reputed company recommendations and solutions for the business on a reputed company of HR/employment reputed company. Executes on the employment risk reputed company set by Employee Relations to ensure ongoing compliance with internal/external requirements and a reputed company employee relations climate, consistent with TD/HR reputed company and culture. In partnership with leadership team, defines reputed company and service offerings for the department, while identifying opportunities to build people capabilities to drive improved efficiency and consistency across the AMCB business. Participates in the development of the business reputed company, goals and objectives while promoting a reputed company employee and partner experience, and ensuring business results overall. Leads delivery of people manager and escalated employee advice across the US for reputed company TD's business lines. Scope includes a wide reputed company of employee relations issues including but not limited to: Performance and behavior management, manager employee conflict, terminations, compensation, workforce transitions, absenteeism/accommodation investigations and other employee risk mitigation activities. Responsibilities • Provides advice and guidance to HR and business leaders to ensure ongoing compliance with internal/external requirements and a reputed company employee relations climate. • Defines reputed company and service offerings for the department. • Participates in the development of the business reputed company, goals and objectives. • Leads delivery of people manager and escalated employee advice across the US for reputed company TD's business lines. • Manages teams of Advice leaders reputed company by business/functional portfolio. • Drives reputed company and operational efficiency and reputed company. • Delivers consistent and reliable execution and monitoring of performance of day-to-day operational and administrative processes. • Maintains a culture of risk management and control. • Identifies process improvement opportunities. • Oversees US Advice Channel capabilities and delivers services reputed company and effectively. • Participates in governance and delivery of US HR programs and reputed company. • Ensures effective case management, resolving issues and/or engaging appropriate specialists. • Develops and implements business-reputed company HR metrics and reliable workforce data. • Collaborates with senior HR and Business leaders to ensure integration and alignment. • Coaches leaders/People Managers as opportunity arises. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 10+ years prior experience in a reputed company senior reputed company role. • Broad business knowledge and experience as a reputed company Generalist in a senior reputed company. • Advanced knowledge of employment practices across TDBG. • In-depth knowledge of HR policies and programs. • Strong ability to analyze risk. • Demonstrated reputed company in judgment and decision making. • Strategic thinker, capable of building new functionality/capability. • Highly-developed critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong general management skills to reputed company large, diverse teams. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). reputed company-to-haves • Experience in the effective development and execution of change management strategies. • Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to reputed company things happen through the use of reputed company and influencing skills.
