Key Responsibilities:
- Perform duties for revenue operations department related to medical insurance collections or credits, or setting patient insurance coverage, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
- Respond promptly and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless resolution of issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner with clinics teammates, such as Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information, promoting exceptional patient experiences.
- Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
