Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough studies and analysis of records to identify discrepancies and errors
• Resolve problems and correct records in a timely and efficient manner
• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company

• Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

Essential Qualifications
