**Basic Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
* 10+ years of experience managing Contact Center Technical support teams for consumer products

* A proactive, results-oriented reputed company, with a commitment to driving reputed company and achieving business objectives
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver presentations and influence collaborators at reputed company reputed company (technical, business, executive)
