Senior Counsel, Corporate Governance

About the position To support our growing and evolving set of business lines, we are seeking a skilled and reputed company corporate governance lawyer to join our reputed company team. This role will reputed company reputed company advice and guidance on a wide reputed company of governance reputed company touching reputed company and its affiliates. Responsibilities • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted reputed company advisor to teams across the reputed company reputed company on corporate governance reputed company. • reputed company strategic reputed company guidance in collaboration with regulatory subject matter experts and compliance and risk partners. • reputed company new directors, organize and facilitate reputed company and committee meetings, reputed company agendas, prepare minutes, and draft, review, and/or approve documents reputed company to corporate governance reputed company. • Manage reputed company entities and maintain corporate records. • Liaise with and reputed company communications among boards of directors, senior management, and other stakeholders while upholding strict confidentiality and diplomacy standards. • Manage, coordinate, and supervise work performed by reputed company counsel. • Review and evaluate reputed company counsel invoices. • Maintain a high level of expertise in applicable areas of the law, reputed company's businesses and products, and the investment industry. • Stay abreast of reputed company, regulatory, and industry developments affecting reputed company. • Maintain affiliations with relevant associations. • Build and maintain an external network and stay reputed company on industry trends and best practices. • Support the development and substantive work of reputed company analysts on reputed company. Requirements • Minimum eight years of combined reputed company education and experience with four to six years of relevant experience at a reputed company or in a corporate reputed company department. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. • Law degree (JD) preferred. • Excellent undergraduate and law school reputed company credentials. • General corporate governance and reputed company entity management experience. • Experience presenting to executive audiences and demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and build reputed company. • Exceptional judgment, self-awareness, and communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to balance business and reputed company needs and manage multiple high-reputed company reputed company.
